What are your normal business hours?

Customer Service: M–F, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Warehouse/Will Call: M–F, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (MC, VISA, AMEX), and terms. To apply for open account terms, contact .

Who is my account representative?

Our service area is broken into loosely defined territories: is the area representative for Tacoma south; is the area representative for Seattle north, Yakima, and Tri-Cities. The rest of our service area is divided among several representatives. Please contact our office for your specific area representative.

How do I place an order?

We are happy to accept requests for quote and orders via fax, phone, email, or mail.

What fabrication services do you provide?

We provide services from inception to final delivery on process and non-process equipment/assemblies. Please see our Assembly & Fabrication page for more details.

Do you offer product training courses?

We offer several popular training courses, all of which can be conducted either at our facility or yours.

Do you offer inventory management services?

Yes, we routinely manage “keep fill,” “consigned,” “JIT,” and “VMI” inventories for a number of customers.

Do you provide 24 hour assistance?

Please contact either your area representative or for off-hour assistance.

What's your return policy?

Can I interchange or intermix components?

Hy-Lok tube fittings have been tested and are warranted to be completely interchangeable and intermixable with Swagelok®, Parker A-Lok®, and several other popular brands of two-ferrule, mechanical tube fittings.
